Reporting Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear images of the product. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for resolution. If the issue is reported within 48 hours, we will take the necessary steps to address your concern.
Shipping Guidelines
Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders are typically processed within 3 to 14 business days. In case of high demand, shipments may take longer. If there are any significant delays, we will inform you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Product Availability: Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you at the earliest.
Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver all orders within 14 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). However, actual delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, and order details.
Shipping Days: We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.
Partial Shipments: Depending on availability, your order may be shipped in multiple parts.
Special Delivery Requests: Customers can add specific delivery instructions while placing an order.
Shipping Charges: Standard shipping is free for prepaid orders. However, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have additional charges.
